My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room I booked was not available until almost 5, leaving me hanging in the lobby with 3 kids for an hour, the king suite I eventually got was luxurious and spacious, offering a clean and excellent overall hotel experience. The moldy shower curtain was a downside that could have been improved.
The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms were generally comfortable, but paper towels were lacking at times and needed some attention. The location was fantastic for exploring downtown attractions, but the lack of a ramp for strollers in the parking area was inconvenient. The service was friendly and accommodating, although the unexpected room entries without knocking were a downside. The dining experience offered several options, which was a plus. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
This hotel offers spacious and handicap accessible rooms at the end of the hall. The service was amazing, with very nice and helpful staff. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Chattanooga. The dining experience is excellent with a range of options. The facilities are top-notch, providing a comfortable stay.
